Gym Timings
Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a break from 1:00 to 1:30 PM. Both branches are closed on Sunday. Staff are on the floor through the day, so you can drop in for a look around at any time we are open.
Save the Muscle Time Fitness contact number for the branch you train at, so you can reach us on a working day. When you message us, send your name, the branch you want to join and what you need: membership, personal training, a diet plan or a workout plan. That is usually enough for us to reply with prices and timings in one message. The enquiry form above fills all of this in for you, and nothing is stored on this website.
Maps, photos and branch-wise details are on the Branches page.
